Location was particularly good and incredible, and the place was superb base for one night. Neat and silent units on 4th level, enjoyed it. A TV, a kettle, and a storage space where available here. The stuff was supper friendly, we got their full attention.

Everything was perfectly fine during 1 day, loved its quiet location close to the bus station for Rabbie's tours, restaurant, cinema and shopping centre, easy and great location to fully enjoy Edinburgh and the capital. All the staff was professional and active, resolved my issues. Guest room on 4th level, had essentials required.
